Title: Reflection on Remote Teaching in NUAA amidst COVID-19
单机免流量斗地主免费钱After the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, universities in China including NUAA have switched to remote teaching starting from the spring term of year 2020. In NUAA, the spring term officially started in middle February, while the campus was still closed. Teaching activities were carried out online since then by using designated online platforms. These platforms have been built well before the pandemic, but only as complementary tools until this year. Instructors are facing challenges while adopting this new way of teaching, such as difficulties in interacting with students and selecting means of assessment. Teaching process in some courses are also monitored by panels from the university for quality purposes. In general, remote teaching requires more time and efforts from instructors. Meanwhile, this new change also brings opportunities for instructors to refine the existing teaching modes by introducing more online approaches. As a national strategy proposed by the Ministry of Education, China, more courses will be reconstructed as an integration of online and offline teaching under the sponsorship of national teaching grants.

The media industry has undergone a fundamental shift over the past decade as new online video websites have proliferated at an unprecedented scale. The fixed schedules of programmes broadcast by offline television stations are being challenged by the flexible on-demand broadcast offered by modern online channels. This changing environment has raised some problems for advertisers: it is necessary to monitor the changes in choices of programmes to adjust cross-channel advertising strategies. To that end, advertisers need to resolve a basic and critical question: whether and to what extent the online channels complement or substitute the traditional offline TV channels. This research proposes to adopt an economic theory and develop a flexible structural model that reflects the way alternatives interact in terms of utility and the correlation between unobservable behaviors. Three variables, media consumption diversity, programme preference and time constraints, are examined for segmenting the market and targeting potential consumers. The answers to whether and to what extent online channels complement (substitute) offline TV channels, are expected to be very useful in making strategic decisions like opening an online channel, TV content distribution and advertising cross channels.
Title: Smart logistics simulation and optimization in flow shop: a case of kitchen appliance factory
单机免流量斗地主免费钱The adoption of the AGV in factory is not only a substitute of humans, but also a revolution of the whole logistics system for the flow shop. We introduce the main tasks in developing the smart logistics system via a real-world case of a kitchen appliance factory. The AGV is used in the three-layer building, including the logistics connecting the processing shop on the first floor and the assembling shop on the third floor. In this program, we developed a multifunctional trolley to adapt to the AGVs. Using a simple linear model and simulation in Anylogic, the required number and the utilization rate of AGVs, parking areas for the trolleys, number of stocking areas for the pallets, as well as the logistics routes using the AGV and human are optimized. Considerable economic benefits have been accomplished.
